I am Sergio Pereira. An Entrepreneur, CTO and International Public Speaker. Since 2017 I've championed remote work, having established fully or partially remote teams since then. I've interviewed and hired hundreds of employees for my remote teams.
Way before the pandemic, I had already giving more lectures than I can count on the benefits of remote work. Both for companies and for employees. I've spoken at major tech summits and events on the topic.
As the pandemic hit, and millions of people across the world were forced into remote work, I saw that suddenly companies and people have realised the benefits and opportunities of remote work.
Many people have also realised the challenges of adapting to a remote work culture, and getting remote jobs. As such, in the end of 2021 I've decided to share my knowledge about remote work with the community. Here, at the Remote Work Academy.
